1 box confectioners sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
3 eggs
1 box yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 stick butter, melted
1 c. nuts, chopped

Cream together the confectioners sugar, cream cheese and eggs; set aside. Mix together the yellow cake mix, 1 egg, melted butter, and chopped nuts. Press in greased and floured 9 x 13 inch Pyrex dish. Pour creamed mixture on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
