SWEET AND SALTY COOKIES 
1 lb. white chocolate
1 c. broken pretzels, small sticks work best
1 c. Quaker Natural 100% Oat Cereal (not with dates or raisins)
1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts

Melt chocolate until glossy. Mix in pretzels, cereal and peanuts. Drop by teaspoons onto buttered cookie sheet.
