MEXICAN SALAD OR TACO SALAD 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lg. chopped onion
1 lg. chopped green pepper
1 lg. chopped tomato
1 can pinto beans (undrained)
1 head lettuce, broken into pieces
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1 pkg. Doritos, broken into sm. pieces
1 lg. bottle Kraft Catalina dressing, 1/2 Catalina and 1/2 Salsa

Cook ground beef and let it cool.

Mix onion, pepper, tomato, beans and dressing. Marinate 2 hours or overnight. Before serving, mix in ground beef, lettuce and sharp cheese. At last minute add Doritos.

Add one package taco seasoning with 3/4 cup water and cook, when cooled add to ground beef.
