HAMBURGER STEW 
2 lbs. hamburger
Celery
Parsley flakes
Carrots
Potatoes
3 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Brown meat, drain excess fluid. Add butter, celery, onion and parsley flakes; simmer. Add water just to cover meat. Cook carrots 3/4 done, add to meat with half the juice from carrots. Cook potatoes. Let simmer for 1 hour, thicken.
