PARTY CHICKEN AND SHRIMP 
1 lb. shrimp
3 chicken breasts or legs (may be deboned)
4 tbsp. butter
1 onion, chopped
3 tbsp. parsley
1 tbsp. garlic powder
3/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1/3 c. port wine
1/4 c. water

Brown onion and remove. Brown chicken. Add sauce and additional ingredients except the shrimp. Bring to a boil and simmer for 10 minutes. Add shrimp. Cover and simmer 5 minutes more or until tender. Serve over rice.
