SPINACH DIP SERVED IN CABBAGE CONTAINER | |
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach 1/3 c. no cholesterol light mayonnaise 1 c. imitation sour cream (see recipe) 1/2 c. chopped green onions 1/2 tsp. dried oregano 1/4 tsp. dried dill weed 1/2 tsp. fine herbs 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 lg. head cabbage (shell only, discard inner leaves) Cook spinach according to directions; drain well. Mix together with all remaining ingredients except cabbage. Chill mixture. Trim core end of cabbage to form a flat base. Hollow out cabbage. Spoon dip into cabbage cavity. Serve with assortment of fresh vegetables. Nutritional Analysis: Serving size 3 tablespoons. 42 calories; 3.4 mg cholesterol; 107 mg sodium; 174 mg potassium; 2.3 gm fat; 47% calories from fat, .1 gm polyunsaturated, .2 gm saturated.
