STRAWBERRY GLAZE PIE 
1 Pet-Ritz pie crust shell
1 qt. fresh strawberries, washed and hulled
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. water
Few drops red food coloring (optional)
Pet whipped topping

Bake and cool pie crust. Cut up 1 cup strawberries. Mix sugar and cornstarch in 2 quart saucepan. Gradually stir in water until smooth. Add cut up berries. Cook and stir over medium heat until thick and clear. Stir in food coloring. Cool. Stir in remaining berries, saving 1/4 cup for garnish. Pour into pie shell. Chill until firm, about 3 hours. Garnish with topping and berries.
