PICKLED BELL PEPPERS 
For each pint jar:

Green peppers, cut into bite-size
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dill seed
2 cloves garlic
1 c. water
1 c. vinegar

Put bite-size pieces of green peppers into pint jar. Add dill seed and salt. Pour boiling water and vinegar over peppers. Seal.
