BEEF STROGANOFF 
1 (3 lb.) round steak, sliced in thin strips
1 can mushrooms
3 large onions, sliced thin
1/2 green pepper, sliced thin
salt and pepper
1 can beef broth

In Crisco, brown meat, onions, mushrooms and green pepper. Add beef broth and simmer 3 to 4 hours. Just before serving, mix 2 tablespoons flour in 1/2 carton sour cream and add. Let all of it simmer for 15 minutes. Serve over fluffy rice.
