CURRIED CHICKEN 
2-3 lb. cut up chicken
2 tbsp. curry
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 med. potatoes
1 med. onion
1 1/2 c. water

In large bowl, season chicken with salt, pepper and curry. Cut up onion into small pieces. Cut up potatoes into small chunks. Add potatoes and onion to chicken. Mix thoroughly. Put in large covered pot, add water. Simmer over medium heat for 30-45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve over rice.
