JAMAICAN BARBECUE SAUCE 
1 1/2 c. cider vinegar
4 tsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
3/4 tsp. salt
1 c. catsup
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate, optional
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/2 c. tomato puree

Does not require cooking, blend all ingredients and refrigerate. Heat prior to using.
