2 c. milk
4 oz. pkg. chocolate instant pudding
8 oz. tub Cool Whip, thawed
16 oz. pkg. Oreo cookies, crushed
Gummy worms

Pour milk into large bowl. Add pudding; beat with whisk until well blended, 1 to 2 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir in Cool Whip. Stir half the cookie crumbs into pudding mixture. Place 1 tablespoon cookie crumbs in bottom of 8 to 10 clear cups or bowls. Fill cups each with 3/4 cup pudding mixture. Top each with a share of the remaining cookie crumbs. Tuck a gummy worm or two into each cup of dirt.
