2 c. nuts
1 tbsp. egg white
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Mix egg white, sugar and cinnamon. Coat nuts in mixture. Spread out on cookie sheet. Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
