MIX PICKLE 
1 gal. chopped cabbage
1 qt. green tomatoes, chopped
6 lg. sweet peppers, chopped, red & green
2 hot peppers, chopped
1 qt. chopped onion
1 qt. chopped cucumber

Put a little salt in this and let stand for 1 hour. Squeeze out of the brine. Add 1 1/2 quarts of vinegar. Add turmeric and sugar to taste. Cook 20 minutes and seal up in jars.
