POT ROAST SPAGHETTI 
2-3 lb. pot roast
2 cloves fresh garlic
1 lg. onion
1 bell pepper
16 oz. whole tomatoes
8 oz. tomato sauce, or jar of Ragu
1 c. sliced mushrooms
2 tbsp. Italian seasoning
Salt & pepper

Put roast in crock pot or covered baking dish. Chop garlic, onion and bell pepper. Add to tomatoes and sauce. Add mushrooms and seasonings. Pour over roast. Cook 8 hours on low in crock pot or 3 1/2 hours on 325 degrees in oven. Serve over noodles.
