BLUEBERRY PANCAKES 
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 tbsp. corn oil
1 c. pancake mix
1/3 c. cottage cheese
1 egg
Blueberry syrup

Combine the milk, corn syrup, corn oil and egg in a mixing bowl. Add the pancake mix and stir until dry ingredients are moistened. Batter will be lumpy. Add the cottage cheese and mix. Pour 1/4 cup batter for each pancake on a hot griddle and cook until brown, turning once. Serve with blueberry syrup. 8 pancakes.
