NO CRUST SPINACH QUICHE | |
1 (6 oz.) container sm. curd cottage cheese 1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed & drained 1 1/2 c. cubed sharp cheddar cheese 3 eggs, lightly beaten 1/4 c. melted butter 4 tbsp. flour 1 tbsp. onion flakes 1 tsp. lemon juice 1 tsp. garlic salt Mix all ingredients together thoroughly. Turn into buttered 9 inch quiche or pie pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/4 hours or until set and nicely browned. |
