OATMEAL AND BANANA BREAD 
1 tsp. all purpose flour
1 1/3 c. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. regular oats, uncooked
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
2 eggs or 1/2 c. egg substitute
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. ripe mashed bananas

Coat 8 1/2" x 4 1/2" x 3" loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray; dust with 1 teaspoon of flour; set aside.

Combine 1 1/3 cups flour, salt, sugar, oats and baking powder. Combine eggs, oil and bananas to dry ingredients. Stir until moistened. Spoon into prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Let cool on wire rack.
