FRUIT SOUP 
1 can mixed fruit ("light" variety)
Plain yogurt

Empty the mixed fruit into a serving bowl, with the juice. Stir in some yogurt. If it's too thin, stir in a little more (don't forget it's soup.) Chill. Serve as side dish or dessert.

An impressive contribution to a meal for young "chefs". If you chill the can of fruit beforehand, it's ready right away. Optional: add sliced banana, apple, grapes or other fresh fruit.
