THE BEST CHICKEN TETRAZZINI 
2-3 c. cooked, cut up chicken
1/2 lb. spaghetti, cooked
1 pkg. blanched, slivered almonds

Make sauce of:

3 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. flour
2 c. chicken broth
Salt & pepper

Remove from heat. Add:

1 c. heated whipping cream
3 tbsp. dry white wine

Layer spaghetti and chicken in a greased baking dish. Pour sauce over. Sprinkle top with grated Colby cheese, grated Parmesan cheese and top with slivered almonds. Bake about 350 degrees until lightly brown, about 35 minutes.
