FRIED CHICKEN (Oven-Fried) 
2/3 c. plus 4 tsp. low fat buttermilk
2 1/4 lbs. chicken, skinned
1 c. corn flake crumbs
4 tsp. sesame seeds

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Pour buttermilk into shallow bowl. Add chicken and turn to coat. On paper plate combine corn flakes and sesame seeds.

Dredge chicken in crumbs and seed mixture. Arrange chicken on non stick baking sheet and bake until chicken is browned and crispy, about 40-50 minutes or until done. Serves 4.
