CRAZY CRUST PIZZA 
BATTER:

1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. oregano
1/8 tsp. pepper
2/3 c. skim milk
2 eggs

SAUCE:

8 oz. tomato sauce
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. pepper or 2 tsp. pizza season (spoon over batter do not mix)

TOPPING:

4 oz. Mozzarella cheese
8 oz. turkey sausage, cooked
8 oz. mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onions, peppers

Mix batter with wire whisk, pour into sprayed 9 x 13 pan and evenly coat bottom. Spoon sauce over batter. Evenly sprinkle with Mozzarella cheese. Sprinkle with toppings of your choice (be sure to account for them if you use ones other than those listed). Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until done at 425 degrees.

Serves 4. Each serving equals 1 bread; 3 1/2 proteins (1/2 egg, 1 oz. cheese, 2 oz. sausage); 1 veggie; 15 optionals. Suggestion: Use no meat and all veggies, two slices would equal: 2 breads; 3 proteins (1 egg and 2 oz. cheese).
