POTATO SALAD - JAMACIAN 
Potatoes
Mayonnaise
Whi te vinegar
Black pepper
Onion power or 1 Bermuda onion (chopped fine)
Jamaican homestyle curry powder

Wash and quarter potatoes with skins. Boil until tender (not soft). Drain, let cool.

In large bowl, cut up potatoes, add mayonnaise, white vinegar, black pepper, onion and curry powder. (All to your taste.) Mix well. Serve chilled.
