2 c. vanilla wafers (crushed) 1/2 c. butter (melted) 2/3 c. salted peanuts (crushed) Mix together and pat into bottom of 9x13 inch cake pan. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. SECOND LAYER: 1 c. powdered sugar 8 oz. cream cheese (softened) 1/3 c. peanut butter 2 c. Cool Whip Mix cheese, peanut butter and powdered sugar until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled first layer. THIRD LAYER: 2 sm. boxes chocolate INSTANT pudding 3 c. milk Mix together and chill to set. Spread over second layer. FOURTH LAYER: 4 c. Cool Whip 1/3 c. crushed peanuts 1 lg. Hershey bar (finely chopped or grated) Spread Cool Whip over third layer. Sprinkle crushed peanuts over Cool Whip and grated chocolate over peanuts. Chill until ready to serve. |
