CHOP SUEY 
1 lb. hamburger
2 c. celery
1/2 c. raw rice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
2 sm. onions
1 c. water
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Brown hamburger; combine all ingredients. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from oven and add 1 layer of chow mein noodles. Bake for another hour.
