POPCORN BALLS OR CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. white sugar
1 c. white Karo syrup
4 tbsp. butter
2 tsp. water
1 tsp. baking soda
1 gal. popped popcorn

Combine ingredients, but do not stir. Cook until amber color. Remove from heat, add water mixed with baking soda. Pour over popped popcorn. This makes 20 popcorn balls or just leave in chunks as caramel corn.
