TOM'S HOLIDAY PIE 
3 eggs, well beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 heaping tsp. cornstarch
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
Pinch of salt
3 tsp. vinegar
1/2 stick butter, beaten well
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. raisins

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Start with the eggs, and add the rest of ingredients in the order listed, mixing well after each. Pour mixture into an unbaked 9 inch pie crust. Bake 45-60 minutes or until pie "sets" and is a light golden brown. Cool before serving.
