BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 eggs
2 c. milk
6 slices bread, cut into bite size
1 lb. sausage
1 tsp. dried mustard (optional)
1 tsp. salt
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs and add milk, salt, and mustard. Then beat again. Add bread; stir and add cheese and sausage. Mix all well. Put in greased baking dish. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes.

You may also use onions and 2 jars of mushrooms.
