FLANK STEAK MARINATED 
1/4 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. wine vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp. ground ginger (or slivered ginger root)
3/4 c. salad oil
Green onions, chopped

This is enough marinade for 2 flanks steaks. Have butcher run flanks through tenderizer machine ONCE ONLY. Pour marinade in Tupperware Season-Serve; turn container over several times during the marinate process. Marinate for at least 6 hours or overnight. Brush marinade over steaks while broiling.
