BAKED HAM AND POTATOES 
1 can ham
1 pt. orange juice
1/2 qt. ginger ale
Brown sugar
Pineapple rings
Potatoes, peeled, cut up

Put ham in roasting pan, place potatoes around ham. Pour orange juice and ginger ale over ham. Sprinkle with brown sugar and arrange pineapple rings over ham. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour until potatoes are tender, basting often with juices from pan. May garnish with maraschino cherries.
