SUZIE'S SPINACH SALAD 
2 (12 oz.) pkg. spinach
1 sm. purple onion, chopped
1 c. fresh sliced mushrooms
1 c. sliced water chestnuts
6 slices crisp, crumbled bacon
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
3 hard boiled eggs, sliced

Combine and chill all but bacon, cheese and eggs. Toss with dressing, top with bacon, cheese and eggs before serving.

DRESSING:

3/4 c. salad oil
1/4 c. olive oil
1/2 c. wine vinegar
1/3 c. ketchup
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Shake all ingredients together, chill. Keeps indefinately.
