PASTIES 
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 c. uncooked finely cubed potato
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/2 c. thinly sliced carrots
Dash pepper
1/4 c. chopped celery
10 3/4 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. Pillsbury pie crust mix or pastry for double crust pie

Mix ground beef, potato, carrots, celery, onion, seasonings and soup. Prepare pastry. Divide pastry dough into 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a 7 inch circle. Place 1/2 cup of meat mixture on each pastry circle. Moisten edges with water; fold in half. Seal edges and prick top with fork. Place on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 25-30 minutes or until light brown. Eat hot from hand, with gravy or cold like a sandwich.
