BEEF STICK 
5 to 6 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. tender quick
2 tbsp. mustard seeds
2 tbsp. garlic powder
2 tbsp. liquid smoke
2 tbsp. pepper corns, whole
1/4 tsp. chili powder

Mixed together ground beef, tender quick, little at a time. Mix well. Put into plastic bag. Let set in refrigerator for 24 hours. When time to take out of refrigerator add rest of ingredients. Mix well. Roll into 4 to 5 rolls. Bake in oven at 225 degrees for 4 hours.
