CHEESE BLINTZES 
2 lb. pkgs. cream cheese
2 egg yolks
1/2 c. sugar
2 loaves of Pepperidge Farm sliced bread
1/4 lb. butter
Cinnamon sugar

Mix first 3 ingredients together, set aside. Cut crust off bread, flatten with rolling pin. Spread mixture on bread, then roll up. Melt butter, brush on blintzes then roll in cinnamon-sugar. Cut in half. Serve cold or bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes.
