PHEASANT OR CHICKEN BREASTS 
2 lg. pheasants
1 lg. can mushrooms
2 c. cream of chicken soup
2 c. cream of mushroom soup
1 c. very dry sherry (or apple cider)
8 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
Paprika

Flour cut up bird and brown in frying pan. Combine rest of ingredients. Place bird in roaster and cover with sauce. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 hours or until tender. Serves 4 to 6.
