CHICKEN STUFFED WITH CRABMEAT
AND CHEESE
 
4 boneless chicken breasts
1 lb. crabmeat, shredded
1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
2 eggs
Progresso brand flavored bread crumbs
Garlic powder

Pound chicken breasts until flattened. Sprinkle crabmeat over one side of breast and sprinkle cheese over crabmeat. Fold breast over and dip in beaten egg and then in bread crumbs. Sprinkle with garlic powder. Place on baking sheet and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.

Prepare your favorite chicken gravy, pour over chicken and serve. Serves 8.
