CARROT CASSEROLE 
4 c. cooked carrots
1 onion, sauteed in 1/4 c. butter until soft
1 c. grated sharp cheese
2 c. cream of celery soup (1 can + 2 c. milk)

Mix above ingredients.

Layer carrots, cubes, carrots, cubes. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
