SOFT CHOCOLATE FROSTING 
1 c. sifted confectioners' sugar
1 sm. egg
2 sq. chocolate melted in
1 1/2 tbsp. shortening
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Put all ingredients in small bowl, then put in larger bowl which has ice water in it. Beat until it is thick enough to spread (it turns light brown in color).
