EASY CHICKEN DIVAN 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen broccoli spears
3 boned chicken breasts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 tsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 tsp. curry powder
1/2 to 1 c. shredded Cheddar or American cheese
1/2 c. bread crumbs

Cook broccoli as directed on package. Drain, reserving 1 1/4 cup of broth. Arrange in shallow quart baking dish. Slice chicken into 1-inch strips. Simmer chicken in small amount of water until tender, approximately 20 minutes.

Arrange chicken on top of broccoli. Mix next four ingredients plus broccoli broth. Pour over chicken and broccoli (for richer sauce substitute milk for broth). Sprinkle bread crumbs and cheese on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Best served with rice. Serves 5.
