LEMON BARBECUE CHICKEN 
Juice of 6 lemons
1/2 c. white wine
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
6 tbsp. olive oil
4 tbsp. rosemary

Mix ingredients and cover 4 whole chicken breasts, halved, at least 4 hours. Barbecue chicken over low flame for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Baste frequently with marinade. Turn as needed. Serves 4 to 6.
