SQUASH SURPRISE (Pass) 
1 pkg. frozen cooked squash
2 tsp. sugar (or 1 pkg. Sweet `n Low)
Rind of an orange
Cinnamon

Defrost squash. Add sugar and rind; mix. Sprinkle generously with cinnamon. Bake 1/2 hour. Serves as a mock sweet-potato pudding, no cholesterol, fat or sugar. Serves 2-3. Easily multiplied.
