CHICKEN AND RICE CASSEROLE 
2 boxes chicken flavored Rice-A-Roni
2 cans cream of chicken soup
2 1/2 cans hot water
6-8 pieces chicken
Dash thyme (if desired)
2 env. dry onion soup

Combine rice, soup and water; pour in casserole dish which has been sprayed with Pam. Place chicken pieces on top, skin side up. Sprinkle all with the onion soup. Cover with foil and bake at 375 degrees for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. For a healthier dish remove the skin from the chicken pieces.
