BECKY'S GRANOLA 
7 cups rolled oats
1 cup sliced almonds
1 cup wheat germ
1 cup coconut
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup flax seeds
1 1/2 cups dried cherries
1 cup canola oil
1 cup honey

Preheat oven to 325°F.

In a large bowl mix together first nine ingredients. In a small bowl blend oil and honey, pour over oat mixture. Spread in single layers on cookie sheets.

Bake at 325°F for 40 to 50 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Let cool and store in airtight containers in cool dry place as heat will cause granola to stick.
