BAKED SUMMER SQUASH | |
Select tender, fresh squash. Slice in half lengthwise. Brush sides with oil and dip cut side in flaked yeast. Sprinkle with salt and onion powder. Dribble oil on top. Lay cut squash side by side on a baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees until golden brown (about 20 minutes). May be put under broiler if browner top is desired. |
