BAKE - OFF ENTRY: CARROT CAKE | |
2 c. sugar 3 c. flour 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/4 tsp. salt 1 1/4 c. oil 2 c. grated carrots 3 eggs, beaten 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can (15 oz.) crushed pineapple 1 c. nuts 1 c. raisins FROSTING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. butter, softened 1 tsp. vanilla 1 lb. box powdered sugar, sifted Cream together the cheese and butter. Stir in vanilla. Mix in powdered sugar. Frost cooled cake. |
