HOMEMADE OREO ICE CREAM | |
3 egg yolks 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed milk 4 tsp. vanilla Oreo Sandwich cookies 2 c. whipping cream* Coarsely crush Oreo cookies to equal one cup. In a large bowl, beat egg yolks, stir in condensed milk and vanilla. Fold in cookies and whipping cream. Pour into an aluminum foil lined 9 x 5 inch loaf pan or other 2 quart container. Cover, freeze 6 hours or until firm. Scoop ice cream from pan or peel off foil and slice. Store in freezer. *Do not use whipped topping. |
