CHICKEN TACOS 
5 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 sq. butter
1 med. onion, chopped
1/2 pkg. taco mix
1 can refried beans, if desired
1 dozen soft flour taco shells

Top with shredded cheddar cheese, avocado, diced onion, tomato, salsa, sour cream.

Melt butter in skillet. Add chopped onion and chunks or strips of chicken. Cook all together until chicken is browned and onions are tender. Turn to low heat; add taco mix and simmer 5 minutes. Fill taco shells with beans and chicken mixture; top with remaining ingredients.
