TEXAS CAVIAR 
3-4 cans black eyed peas, drained
1/2-1 c. chopped jalapenos
1 lg. can black olives, chopped
1/2-1 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. diced garlic
1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
1 med. jar pimiento
1/2-1 c. Italian dressing

Mix well and marinate for 24 hours. Will keep up to 2 weeks in refrigerator.
