MEXI-DIP 
1 (10 oz.) can beanless chili
1 (10 oz.) can pitted ripe olives, chopped
1 sm. onion, chopped
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
1 sm. can chopped green chilies
1 c. salsa
1 1/2 c. Jack cheese, shredded
1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded

Put all ingredients into an oven proof bowl. Mix well. Heat in microwave or conventional oven until cheese melts. Serve with corn chips.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
