BULKOGI (Korean Bar-B-Que) 
1 lb. lean beef, sliced as thin as possible

(This is done easily if meat is frozen.)

Marinate for 2 or more hours in the following marinade: 2 tsp. crushed garlic 1 tsp. ginger 1 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/3 c. oil 1/4 c. diced green onions

Cook over charcoal fire.
